We strive to ship your order same or next business day!

All orders are shipped through Canada Post Parcel Service from our store. We currently only ship to destinations within Canada and do not ship internationally at this time.

Estimated delivery times for Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service is up to 2 business day for local destinations, up to 5 business days for regional locations, and up to 9 business days for national locations. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

We strive to ship your order with 24-48 hours of order placement, but this cannot always be guaranteed, especially during the busy holiday season. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday will not be processed until the next regular business day.

You will receive an email from us with tracking information for your order when its packed and ready to go! 

For larger orders, we will ship to your local Canada Post Office to prevent parcel misplacement or theft. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses, which may be re-rerouted and returned to us as undeliverable. You will be notified by email if such an instance occurs. For orders above $300 before taxes will get a Free Shipping. Please contact us should you have any further inquiry upon the shipping.

Please be aware that any and all shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return/exchange. Please see our “Return Policy” for information on returns and exchanges.

Out of Stock Items

We try our very best to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible on our website. However, an item may be out of stock even though it is not stated so on the website. If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, we will ship all in-stock items immediately, and provide you with a credit for the amount of the out-of-stock item, using the original payment method.

Can’t find what you are looking for? Our store has thousands of items, with many not being offered online. If you would like to inquire about an item that does not appear online, give us an email at info@posift.com to see if we have it in-store. If we do, we would be happy to add it to your order!

Damage in Shipping

We must be notified within 7 business days if your package arrives damaged in shipping. Please retain original shipping box and contact info@posift.com with your issue. We will require photos of packaging in order to proceed with a claim.
